You know how to end unnecessary processes, but it is very time consuming to end these every time you boot up your PC. The solution? Use softwares which prevent these from starting up unless you ask them to. Who needs Skype to keep running when your playing Assassin's creed 2 on your PC, right? You have a couple of options to select such softwares. The best are windows defender and ccleaner. I personally prefer ccleaner as it is easier to use. Download ccleaner here.
